"I have called this office 2 times to ask if they can take me off their mailing list. I have enough junk mail that comes and those that I can actually call and get off their mailing lists, I do. I have been with American Family Insurance for years. When Marriam told me it was my husband's name in their system not mine, she said she would try and get me off but the mail comes from corporate. When I shared with her that I had also worked with a company that sent out mail and we had to send them a DNM list before anything went out, she still insisted that it could not be guaranteed. I explained how frustrated I was for even having to spend this much time, her response and with an attitude was "Or you can spend 5 seconds and throw it out". I was admonished that I would get an answer lime that and with an attitude from a professional women. They want my business? I think not."
